Any moment is a great one to welcome change into our lives. There is no need to wait until December to be grateful for all that we’ve encountered – both the life-changing and simple daily experiences. Or, to make some plans to change things we’d like to see or do differently in the year(s) to come. That’s why I’d like to ask you to take a couple of minutes to tune in with yourself – get quiet, find a comfortable spot. Maybe close your eyes or put one hand on your heart and the other on your belly, as you focus on your breath. Feel your heart opening up, as you let your intuition – inner voice, your guide – speak to you. Get really honest with yourself, as you reflect on your life as it is right now – your diet, your lifestyle, the people you surround yourself with, your job, the products you use daily to take care of yourself, all the ways in which you tell yourself you are rocking awesome… Are you getting a picture of complete satisfaction? Bliss? A 10 out of 10? Or is there some work to be done?

I have created this program to help you Re-Set your current state of being, gather a group of like-minded women, and move forward in the direction of your dreams in a powerful way. It is my heartfelt desire to guide you towards a state in which you feel and are balanced, aware and unapologetically ALIVE! So, exactly what is this program about? Clear the Clutter & Yes Your Desire is a 14-day program. The main part of the program exists of a Re-Set of your current diet, which will help you to:
- cleanse and let go of ‘the old’ (old stories, toxins, emotions)
- introduce you to amazing and fresh whole-food based meals
- Strengthen your connection to your inner voice/higher Self
- Teach you what it is that your body and mind need to thrive
I have put together an enjoyable menu plan which guides you from your current diet, to one filled with a bounty of vegetables and limited amounts of fruits, seeds, fats and oils, onwards to raw salads, soups and juices/smoothies – so that you are nourished and satisfied, without feeling like you’re missing out on tasty meals or starving yourself. The menu plan is comprised of four different stages: 1. Elimination (3 days): we’ll be removing the most common allergens, meat, dairy, gluten and sugar from your diet – and replace them with delicious fresh foods. 2. Let’s get Raw (4 days): adjusted to your current climate, local foods and body type, you’ll be enjoying marvelous salads, soups and smoothies. You’ll be surprised to feel so energetic, light and satiated while enjoying these meals! 3. Liquid (3 days): to give your digestion a (most-needed!) rest, we’re removing all the fibre from your diet and will GREEN it up Big Time 4. Build up (3+ days): This is a great time to test if you have any food sensitivities and get in touch with what gives your body energy – or takes energy away from you. I will guide you, day-by-day, step-by-step, to make sure you don’t feel confused or overwhelmed after all the hard work that you’ve put in! Sounds great Saar! - A full, day-by-day menu plan with clear, easy to prepare recipes (Update: pictures included!) – specific for your climate and the season you are in, with substitutions for those with any specific allergies or diets. (This is a partially raw, all vegan menu-plan).

Frequently Asked Questions: What if I start to feel hungry? This program will teach you to recognize when your body is truly, physically, hungry (or just thirsty!) – and when you feel the need to eat because of emotional reasons, out of habit or boredom. It is important to have your intentions clear, as this program does take an investment of your time, energy and willingness to transform. It is perfectly fine to feel a little nervous about joining, but there is no need to be afraid. This is not a starvation diet, there are plenty of options in your daily plan, and I promise you will be surprised about how well nourished you feel! What if I feel tired? Re-setting the state of your body, mind and soul takes quite a bit of work. It is smart to keep your social life and responsibilities a bit on the back-burner during these 14 days, so that you can sneak in the occasional nap here and there. This is a perfect time to connect to the signs that your physical body is giving you, listen to them and honour them. What if I feel cold? If you are joining this program from a country in which it is COLD at the moment, fear not! I will educate you on the functions of fat during the colder seasons, and include plenty of options for you to feel warm while you are giving your body all that it needs to flourish. Will this really make me feel better? What if I start to feel miserable or sad? It is perfectly fine and completely normal to come upon some bumps in the road during this program. As you are releasing toxins from your (fat) cells, your body needs to detox them. I will guide you through these detox symptoms and explain what is going on in your body. Don’t expect a quick fix: just like one cheese burger won’t put you into the hospital, one shot of wheatgrass won’t turn you into a healthy carrot. I will teach you how to create and slowly integrate new habits, that are easy to stick to. Allow yourself to feel sad or low on energy some days, and use the Facebook support group to share what is going on. You are not alone in this time of change! Trust that giving yourself the much-needed LOVE that you can find in this program, will provide a passage-way to a healthier, more balanced and fulfilled life. Can I participate in this program with a friend or family member? Yes! This is a wonderful idea! Whether they live close or further away, it is very valuable to share this experience with a dear one. You can share your goals and desires, and support each other through ‘highs and lows’. It can make your experience easier if your friend or family member lives with you, works at the same place, or is part of your daily life in another way, as you are able to prepare meals together. Do remember that everybody’s experience is different; don’t compare yourself to other people. You might feel tired during the first three days, and on fire after that, whereas your friend seems to have no noticeable detox-symptoms until after the first week. Can I continue to work out during this cleanse? It is not recommended to work out in a very active manner (leave your spinning class for what it is!), though certain types of movement are great during this program. Deep breathing, restorative and yin yoga, gentle tai chi or chi gong classes are a wonderful way to relax and release toxins from the body. Do I need any fancy equipment to prepare the meals? If you own a good set of knives and have a blender (no pricey high-powered machines needed), this should be more than enough! (As you can use a sieve or nut mik bag/cheese cloth to strain out any fibre during the last phase of the program). Will I need to buy expensive supplements or strange health foods? This program is completely food based. It might introduce you to some new – and yummy – ingredients, which should all be locally available and surprisingly affordable.
